Hanna came into our Life, unexpectedly, 31/2 years ago.

My husband and I have operated  a commercial and residential construction and rental company since the early 1970’s.

He and I are now 82 and 78 years old. We pride ourselves on the hard  physical work we have been able to do. Unfortunately , as we age, we could no longer keep up with the required repairs and office work.

Hanna has helped us with many of these tasks. She has proven to be diligent and capable of organizing and completing various Projects /Tasks.

Outside work :

Removing  window caulking and recaulking windows.

Landscaping, general gardening , spreading cedar bark. leveling pavers, planting shrubs & flower planters. Minor carpenter repairs to fences etc. Installing Christmas lights on shrubs and fences in a pleasing manner.

Handicap railings- sanding, priming  and painting. Power washing vinyl siding.

Inside Work:

Garage sorting and organizing of tools etc. Preparing a rental house for sale. Cleaning our home.

Touch up painting in our own home. Prepping  and painting a commercial cement floor.

Culling and disposing of 3,700. sq. ft. of a 30-year accumulation, of family and business papers

and odds and ends of “treasures.”  We carefully sorted & shredded papers of personal  information

Hanna has proven to be a hardworking help in all of the above. She completes jobs quickly and to a very acceptable  standard. In all of my years in construction and renos, I judge her to be one of the best and most diversified! She is polite and takes instructions well. You will be able to stay in your home longer, if you use Hanna and don’t bother your children with the upkeep of your home!
